Orders & Order Confirmation

When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing all relevant details.
If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately.

Delivery

Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated. The freight companies we cooperate with are Postnord and DHL.
Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

If a delivery delay occurs and no updated information has been provided, please contact us.

Prices & VAT

All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, technical errors, or incorrect information.

The payment services we use are Klarna and Swish.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Notify us by email
Return the product within 14 days
Products must be unused and returned in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsealed for hygiene or health reasons, or to customized products.

Claims & Defective Products

If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Limitation of Liability

4on is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions or force majeure events.
